Sound familiar?
None of these are unusual, and none of them are unfixable. They just do not fix themselves.
Bank balance is not profit. Without reconciled books you are steering a business by looking at the fuel gauge.
Most notices have a short response window. We read it, explain it in plain language and handle the reply.
Catch-up work gets more expensive the longer it waits, and penalties accrue quietly in the background.
You should not have to translate your own finances. We work entirely in Spanish or English, your choice.
This is what a normal Tuesday looks like with us.
What we do
Six services that cover everything a small business needs to stay accurate, compliant and calm.
Accurate records and tax-ready books, every month.
Employees paid on time and filings done right.
Correct returns filed on time, every period.
Day-to-day back-office work handled, on systems built around how you work.
Hands-on training so you and your staff can run the daily work with confidence.
Fast, reliable help at a genuinely affordable cost.
Onboarding
You will know exactly what is happening at every step. Nothing is billed until the plan in step 2 is approved in writing.
Day 1
30 minutes, in person or by video, in English or Spanish. You tell us what the business does and where the records stand. We tell you honestly what you need — even if it is less than you expected.
Days 2–4
We look at bank statements, prior returns, payroll and whatever system exists today. You receive a one-page plan: what needs fixing, what it costs, and a fixed monthly fee going forward.
Days 5–14
Catch-up bookkeeping, a chart of accounts built for your industry, bank feeds connected, payroll and sales tax registrations verified. Prior-period problems are documented so they never repeat.
Days 15–30
Your first reconciled month, a P&L and balance sheet you can actually read, and a 20-minute walkthrough. From here on, every month follows the same rhythm.
Compare
Most owners have tried at least two of these. Here is what each one actually costs you.
| Doing it yourself | Cheapest bookkeeper | Integra Accounting | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Books reconciled monthly | Rarely | Sometimes | Always |
| Payroll & sales tax deadlines tracked for you | No | Sometimes | Yes — on our calendar |
| IRS / Nevada notices handled | You, alone | Extra fee, if at all | Included |
| Statements explained in plain language | — | Rarely | Every month |
| Spanish and English | — | Usually one | Both, fully |
| Price known before work starts | Free — until the penalty | Hourly surprises | Fixed monthly fee, in writing |
| Your time per month | 10–30 hours | 3–6 hours | Under 1 hour |
Comparison reflects patterns we see when businesses come to us; individual providers vary.
Calculator
Most owners do their own bookkeeping at night and on weekends — and never count the hours. Move the sliders.
Use what you charge customers, or what it costs to replace you for an hour. Every number on the right comes from your two sliders — nothing else.
Per year, that is
312hours
About 39 full working days spent on paperwork instead of your business.
Value of that time
$18,720
Before any penalty, late fee or missed deduction.
Why us
No matter the size of your business, we provide advisory — from small businesses to large corporations, we are here to help you grow.
Meetings, reports, training materials and IRS correspondence in Spanish or English. Nothing is lost because of language.
You get a fixed monthly fee quoted before we start. No hourly surprises for asking a question.
Payroll deposits, quarterly returns, sales tax periods and year-end forms are tracked on our calendar.
Bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and taxes built on the same data — no reconciling between three providers.
Monthly statements you can actually read, so you can price, hire and plan on real numbers.
Based in Las Vegas, serving Clark County. In person when you want it, remote when you do not.
Industries
The rules are different for a taquería, a drywall contractor and a trucking company. We know which ones apply to you.
Industry
High transaction volume, tips, sales tax on every ticket and a mix of W-2 staff and cash-paid help. Restaurants are the businesses most likely to be months behind and not know it.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Contractors, drywall, painting, roofing, HVAC, electrical. Job-based income, materials bought across state lines, and a constant question of whether a worker is a 1099 or a W-2.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Recurring commercial contracts, hourly crews spread across sites, and mileage nobody writes down. Simple businesses that become complicated the moment the first employee is hired.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Owner-operators and small fleets. Per-diem rules, fuel across states, IFTA, heavy vehicle use tax and factoring companies that make the bank statement hard to read.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Physical shops and online sellers on Shopify, Amazon or Mercado Libre. Inventory, marketplace fees, and sales tax that may be owed in more than one state.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Booth renters vs. employees, product sales that are taxable while services are not, and cash tips. Small teams where one wrong setup causes years of problems.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Seasonal crews, equipment-heavy, and a high share of recurring residential customers. Cash-flow swings between summer and winter catch owners off guard every year.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Investors with a few rental units, property managers and agents. Every property needs its own P&L, and depreciation is the deduction most often left on the table.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Parts are taxable, labor usually is not, and both sit on the same invoice. Add shop supplies, core charges and technician pay, and the sales tax return gets complicated fast.
Where it usually goes wrong
What we handle
Industry
Consultants, agencies, clinics, new LLCs. Usually clean revenue but questions about entity choice, S-corp elections, owner salary and quarterly estimates.

How pricing works
We do not publish a single price because a taco truck and a 15-person contractor are not the same job. We do publish exactly what shapes the number and what each level includes.
Sole proprietors and single-owner LLCs with one or two accounts and no employees.

What determines your fee
Every fee is agreed before work starts and does not change unless your business does. Catch-up bookkeeping is quoted separately as a one-time project.

“They took two years of unfiled paperwork and made it make sense. For the first time I know what my restaurant actually earns each month, and the sales tax is filed before I even think about it.”

The questions we are asked before every first appointment.
Yes. Every service we offer is delivered fully in Spanish or English — meetings, financial statements, training materials and correspondence with the IRS or the Nevada Department of Taxation.
Most small businesses pay a flat monthly fee based on transaction volume and number of accounts. We quote the exact amount in your free consultation, in writing, before any work starts.
Yes. The first appointment is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation about your business and your records. You leave with a clear recommendation whether or not you hire us.
No. No matter the size of your business, we provide advisory. We work with sole proprietors and single-employee companies as well as established corporations.
Yes. We serve Clark County — Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and the surrounding area — and support clients elsewhere in Nevada remotely.
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup work is a large part of what we do. We rebuild and reconcile the prior periods first, then keep you current going forward.
Not necessarily, but it is what most Las Vegas businesses and tax preparers already use. If you use something else, we will tell you honestly whether it is worth switching.
Whatever you have: bank statements, prior returns, payroll records, a spreadsheet, or nothing at all. We can start from any level of organization.
A bookkeeper records and reconciles the daily transactions; an accountant interprets those records, prepares returns and advises on decisions. We do both under one roof, which means the person preparing your return is working from books they already know are right.
Yes. Send us a photo of the letter the day it arrives. We identify what it is, explain it in plain language, and prepare the response. Notice handling is included in our Growth and Full Service plans.
Yes. The right answer depends on your profit level, whether you have employees and how you pay yourself. We walk through the numbers with you and, if an S-corp election makes sense, handle the paperwork and the reasonable-salary setup that comes with it.
Documents are exchanged through an encrypted client portal, never as email attachments. Access to your accounting file is role-based and logged, and we never share your information with anyone without your written instruction.
We are here to help. Tell us what your business needs and we will respond the same business day.
