Bilingual accounting for Las Vegas businesses
Run payroll without watching the calendar. We handle the deposits, the filings and the deadlines.
What you get
Payroll is the fastest way for a small business to get into trouble with the IRS. Miss a deposit deadline, misclassify a worker or get a Nevada Modified Business Tax filing wrong, and the penalty arrives long before anyone explains what went wrong.
We run payroll end to end: gross to net, direct deposit, federal and state tax deposits, quarterly returns and year-end forms. You approve the hours; we do everything after that.
You will know exactly what is happening at every step. Nothing is billed until the plan in step 2 is approved in writing.
Day 1
Free consultation
30 minutes, in person or by video, in English or Spanish. You tell us what the business does and where the records stand. We tell you honestly what you need — even if it is less than you expected.
Days 2–4
Records review and written plan
We look at bank statements, prior returns, payroll and whatever system exists today. You receive a one-page plan: what needs fixing, what it costs, and a fixed monthly fee going forward.
Days 5–14
Cleanup and setup
Catch-up bookkeeping, a chart of accounts built for your industry, bank feeds connected, payroll and sales tax registrations verified. Prior-period problems are documented so they never repeat.
Days 15–30
First close and your dashboard
Your first reconciled month, a P&L and balance sheet you can actually read, and a 20-minute walkthrough. From here on, every month follows the same rhythm.

Yes. We review prior quarters, prepare amended returns where they are needed and help you respond to notices you have already received.
One. The compliance burden of a single W-2 employee is almost identical to that of ten, which is why the first hire is where most owners get caught out.
