Bilingual accounting for Las Vegas businesses
Nevada sales and use tax handled correctly — registration, calculation, filing and payment.
What you get
Clark County carries one of the highest combined sales tax rates in Nevada, and the Department of Taxation does not send a friendly reminder before it assesses penalties and interest. Filing late, filing zero when you had sales, or collecting the wrong rate all create liabilities that compound quietly.
We take over the whole cycle: pull your taxable sales, separate exempt transactions, apply the correct rate, file the return and schedule the payment before the due date.
You will know exactly what is happening at every step. Nothing is billed until the plan in step 2 is approved in writing.
Day 1
Free consultation
30 minutes, in person or by video, in English or Spanish. You tell us what the business does and where the records stand. We tell you honestly what you need — even if it is less than you expected.
Days 2–4
Records review and written plan
We look at bank statements, prior returns, payroll and whatever system exists today. You receive a one-page plan: what needs fixing, what it costs, and a fixed monthly fee going forward.
Days 5–14
Cleanup and setup
Catch-up bookkeeping, a chart of accounts built for your industry, bank feeds connected, payroll and sales tax registrations verified. Prior-period problems are documented so they never repeat.
Days 15–30
First close and your dashboard
Your first reconciled month, a P&L and balance sheet you can actually read, and a 20-minute walkthrough. From here on, every month follows the same rhythm.
Nevada assigns a monthly or quarterly filing frequency based on your taxable sales volume. We confirm your assigned frequency with the Department of Taxation so you never file on the wrong schedule.
We prepare the missing returns, calculate what is actually owed and, when the facts support it, submit a penalty waiver request. Filing voluntarily before the state contacts you almost always produces a better outcome.
Most services are not taxable in Nevada, but tangible goods are — and many businesses sell both without realizing it. We review what you actually sell before setting up your filings.
